Wide receiver J.J. Nelson is healthy — at least according to injury reports — but the Oakland Raiders won't use him on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts. The team officially named him as inactive for Week 4's game.

Linebacker Dakota Allen, guard Gabe Jackson (knee), wide receiver Dwayne Harris (ankle), quarterback DeShone Kizer, defensive end Benson Mayowa (knee) and tackle Brandon Parker will not play either.

On the other side of the ball, the Colts released their inactive list. Wide receiver T.Y. Hilton (quad), Linebacker Darius Leonard (concussion), safety Malik Hooker (knee), running back Jonathan Williams (rib), offensive lineman La’Raven Clark, tight end Hale Hengtes and defensive lineman Tyquan Lewis (ankle) will not play on Sunday.

Formerly of the Arizona Cardinals, the Raiders signed Nelson to a one year $1 million deal in free agency. He is listed as the team's No. 2 receiver alongside Tyrell Williams. For the season, the speed merchant has four receptions (out of five targets) for 36 yards and a touchdown.

With both Nelson and Harris (the team's primary returner) out, the Raiders will play their new receiver Trevor Davis, who they traded for from the Green Bay Packers. Davis will likely play as a returner and should line up at receiver sparingly.

To round out the wide receiver bunch, Hunter Renfrow and Keelan Doss may see an uptick in snaps. Renfrow doing so from the slot, while Doss works from the outside, as he did in preseason play.

The Raiders are 1-2 entering their away game against the 2-1 Colts.
