After three straight weeks of disappointment, the Oakland Raiders were finally able to get a win under head coach Jon Gruden in Week 4. The team was taken to the brink against the up-and-coming Cleveland Browns with Marshawn Lynch and company having to pull it out in overtime.

Following his first win since returning to Oakland, Gruden talked about the impact Lynch after Monday's practice. The one-time Super Bowl champion thinks there's no question the veteran back is a Hall of Famer, via Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.

“If that's not a Hall of Fame back, I don't know what is, honestly,” Gruden said Monday in his weekly media conference. “I mean, what he did yesterday, what he's done since he's been here, it's incredible. He wants the ball more, and more, and more.

“We've got a good back over there, Doug Martin, who's ready to roll. And Doug can't get on the field. This guy (Lynch) does not want to come off the field. He picked up six or seven blitzes yesterday, too, that no one's talking about. But some of the runs? Good night.”

In the win over the Browns, Lynch racked up 157 all-purpose yards. Although he didn't make a trip to the end zone against Cleveland, the five-time Pro Bowler's presence was felt all over the field, especially in the run game with 130 yards on 20 carries.

At 32, Lynch continues to prove he's still got something in the tank and won't stop playing his extremely physical style of running the football which earned him the nickname, Beastmode.

In Week 5, the Raiders will try to keep it going as they head on the road to face the division rival Los Angeles Chargers.
