If you thought this Jon Gruden saga was over, think again. The now-former Las Vegas Raiders coach resigned after leaked emails revealed racist, homophobic, and sexist comments and now, it appears he also had some NSFW words for Colin Kaepernick during his national anthem protest many years ago.

According to Yahoo Sports, the ex-Raiders boss and Bruce Allen discussed Kaepernick's decision to take a knee. Gruden clearly wasn't supporting it.

“They suspend people for taking amino acids they should cut this f–,” Gruden reportedly said.

And the plot thickens. As we all know, Kap has been out of the league for years now because of his stance against police brutality and racism within the United States. No NFL team has even given him a chance at returning to the league since, even though he's still training hard to earn a roster spot somewhere.

The Raiders meanwhile were likely to fire Gruden anyway, but he instead quit because of the embarrassment. This latest leaked email just goes to show how different the man is behind closed doors, even though Kaepernick was aiming to make a point much bigger than himself. Gruden also said that Eric Reid, who took a knee with Kap, should've been fired.

Needless to say, Jon Gruden will probably never see the sidelines again.
