Oakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden was less than pleased with his team's overall performance on Sunday evening against the rival Kansas City Chiefs.

Even with the Raiders ultimately getting routed by the always dangerous Chiefs, one play, in particular, stood out. Both reporters and Gruden following Oakland's forgettable loss on the road pointed out a questionable decision to overturn an interception.

“We had an interception we thought we did intercept that was turned over by the Wizard of Oz or somebody,” Gruden told reporters after his team's Week 13 loss to the rival Chiefs, via Anthony Galaviz of The Fresno Bee. “I don't know what happened on that. That was a big play in the game no doubt.”

What was initially called an interception by the Raiders was challenged by Chiefs head coach Andy Reid en route to the play being overturned on account of pass interference being called on Oakland.

With the interception being wiped off the board and the football moved all the way to the three-yard line due to the 15-yard penalty, the Chiefs were able to score quickly as running back LeSean McCoy rushed it in shortly after the penalty was enforced.

As a result of the team's latest loss, the Raiders gave up some important ground in the AFC playoff race by dropping to an even 6-6 on the season. Oakland will now host the red-hot 7-5 Tennessee Titans next weekend.

The Raiders take on the Tennessee Titans in their upcoming Week 14 matchup at O.co Coliseum.
