The Las Vegas Raiders appear to be wasting no time in the offseason as they look to overhaul their front office following another disappointing campaign. The Raiders were able to book their place in the Wild Card round but their season came crashing down on Sunday after they suffered a 26-19 defeat at the hands of a surging Cincinnati Bengals side.

According to reports, the Raiders are now interviewing candidates to potentially replace head coach Rich Bisaccia and general manager Mike Mayock (h/t ESPN senior NFL insider Adam Schefter):

According to Schefter, the Raiders have already tapped a couple of personnel from the New England Patriots, who themselves saw their campaign unceremoniously ending on Monday after losing to the Buffalo Bills, 47-17.

Credit has to be given to both Bisaccia and Mayock for the respective roles they played in salvaging the Raiders’ season following the major controversy involving ex-coach Jon Gruden. Nevertheless, it does not sound like either of them has done enough to keep their job for next season.

It’s still very early in the offseason and the Raiders will likely look into several other candidates for what now appears to be a couple of job opportunities available in Las Vegas.
