Against all odds, Mark Davis' Las Vegas Raiders have managed to sneak into the 2022 NFL Playoffs, where they will face the Cincinnati Bengals in the Wild Card. The Raiders dealt with numerous off-the-field issues in the regular season that it looked as though the team was on the verge of imploding, especially after Jon Gruden resigned in October and got replaced by Rich Bisaccia, who is now the team's acting head coach.

Davis must be proud of the Raiders for how it finished the regular season on a four-game win streak, and there's nothing on his mind right now than what his team would fare in the playoffs. The hunt for Las Vegas' next head coach will have to wait, even though other teams have already started the search process to replace the positions on their respective organizations.

Via Adam Schefter of ESPN:

While seven other NFL teams are seeking a new head coach, Raiders’ owner Mark Davis has made it clear to people around the league that he has no interest in addressing his team’s head-coaching situation until after his team’s season is over.

It's been a while since the Raiders scored a playoff win. You would have to walk all the way back to the 2022 NFL season to see the last time the franchise had a postseason win. Since then, the Raiders have only appeared in the playoffs once, which was a loss in the Wild Card round in 2017 to the Houston Texans.
