Well, it appears the Antonio Brown storyline is far from over. The Oakland Raiders sent him a fine yesterday after the whole helmet debacle. That could've been the end of it.

Instead, Brown posted the fine to social media and called out the team and general manager Mike Mayock. This supposedly led to an argument between Brown and Mayock. Now we're here.

Like Adam Schefter said, “this is not going away anytime soon.”

Antonio Brown has been very outspoken all offseason. He's not going to stop just because he got suspended. If anything, this is going to make him speak out even more.

If the Oakland Raiders weren't happy about that talk before, they're only going to be more upset with him now. Previously, the talk wasn't really about the Raiders, but the NFL in general. Now Brown seems to have shifted his focus solely to his current team.

This raises the question, will this be his team for all that much longer? The Raiders are clearly already growing tired of Antonio Brown's antics and might want to make a move away from him a lot sooner than anyone could have guessed.

At the same time, though, Brown's still incredibly talented. Say what you want about him off the field, but on it, he's still one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. That can make teams overlook a lot of other factors.

With the Raiders suspending him, they're showing they won't give in though. They're also showing that they are fine playing without him, making them cutting ties with him a little less surprising if they do indeed decide to go that route.

This is far from over. We'll likely be hearing a lot more additional wrinkles in the coming days, weeks, and even months. So buckle up.
