The Las Vegas Raiders suffered their second consecutive loss on Sunday and this time around, it was at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs. The Raiders were no match to Patrick Mahomes and Co. who were on the winning end of a 48-9 blowout against a hapless Las Vegas side.

After the embarrassing loss, Raiders interim head coach Rich Bisaccia had a strong message for his team. The 61-year-old shot-caller tried his best to send some words of encouragement for his coaches and his players, who right now, are in dire need of some motivation:

“Our mood right now is not very good, obviously,” Bisacccia said. “[We] talked amongst ourselves but that's exactly what I told them. I told them that these kinds of games will bring out the best and worst in all of us and it will be easy to see which one comes out. I told the coaches and told the players that we look at ourselves as coaches and they look themselves as players. Have conversations going through the week and be ready to play next game in Cleveland.”

It was a poor all-around effort from the Raiders on Sunday and it's hard to find any silver lining in what was truly a disappointing performance from the squad.

As Bisaccia said, however, the Raiders will need to keep their heads up after this tough blow. Las Vegas, who now stands at 6-7 and at the bottom of the AFC West, will look to bounce back next week when they take on the Cleveland Browns.
