Oakland Raiders offensive lineman Trent Brown is listed as questionable for his team's Week 3 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday due to a knee issue, according to Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area.

Brown initially suffered the injury during the Raiders' loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last weekend and has been dealing with it all week. However, while he did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday, he was a full participant on Friday:

“He’s still sore, but he looked good today,” head coach Jon Gruden said. “He’s a tough guy. Hopefully, he can be ready to go Sunday.”

Should Brown miss Sunday's action, either Brandon Parker or David Sharpe would take his place at right tackle.

Oakland signed Brown to a four-year, $55 million contract this offseason as part of a massive makeover on both sides of the ball.

The 26-year-old, who played his collegiate football at the University of Florida, was originally selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the seventh round (244th pick overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft.

Brown played in six games during his rookie year, making two starts, but by his second season in the league, he was the 49ers' full-time starter at right tackle. He then appeared in just 10 contests the following year as a result of a shoulder injury.

Then, in April 2018, San Francisco traded Brown to the New England Patriots. He proceeded to start all 16 games for the Patriots and played a pivotal role in New England winning its sixth Super Bowl title.

The Raiders have opened up their season 1-1.
