The Oakland Raiders are well-rested and ready to go against the Chicago Bears in London on Sunday. However, their No. 1 wide receiver, Tyrell Williams, may not have needed to fly across the pond last Sunday. He is considered to be a “long shot” to play with a foot injury, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

The Raiders are yet to dub Williams as inactive. Therefore, the wide-out could play if he instills confidence in the training staff in pre-game workouts. However, the odds are looking slim, as he will likely be an appearance in the inactive list released 90 minutes before kickoff.

If ruled out, expect J.J. Nelson and Hunter Renfrow to see more targets. The recently acquired Trevor Davis should also see an uptick in snaps; perhaps recent practice squad turned active roster member Keelan Doss too. However, tight end Darren Waller may shift to the No. 1 receiving option in the Raiders offense with Williams out.

Formerly of the Los Angeles Chargers, the Raiders signed Williams to a four-year, $44 million deal in free agency. Through the first four weeks, he tallied a touchdown reception in each game — the only wide receiver in the NFL to do so. For the season, he has 17 receptions for 216 yards and four touchdowns.

In addition to Williams' injury, defensive end Clelin Ferrell (concussion), wide receiver/return specialist Dwayne Harris (ankle), wide receiver J.J. Nelson (knee) and guard Richie Incognito (back) are all considered questionable for the international game.

The Raiders are 2-2 heading into their bout with the 3-1 Bears.
