The Las Vegas Raiders are expected to go after Tom Brady if the New England Patriots don't re-sign him, and he becomes a free agent according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft has made it clear that he wants Brady back, but it takes two to tango, and there is always a chance Brady could want to move on or want more money then they are willing to offer.

One of the teams expected to be leading the way if Brady gets to free agency is the Raiders, whose coach, Jon Gruden, is a long-time admirer of the three-time MVP and six-time Super Bowl champion. The two have a good relationship, and league sources believe that Gruden, who is known to be a highly effective recruiter, wants Brady on the Raiders.

The Raiders will be playing for their first season in Las Vegas, and this would draw even more buzz for the team in Sin City. Playing in Las Vegas could be appealing for Brady for a couple of different reasons. Playing in warmer weather would be something that interests the future Hall of Famer.

The Raiders also have built an elite offensive line, something that is important for a quarterback as they age. The Raiders have also been aggressive building their team, so if Brady wanted the team to get a big name wideout, they would probably do everything in their power to get it done.

Brady in a Raiders uniform would take a while to get used to, but if the Patriots can't come to a deal with him, it could be a real possibility.
