Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Aaron Donald has gone viral once again this offseason after videos of his absurdly fast feet surfaced. It seems he has now let fans in on the secret to his quick footwork.

Watching a player as large as Donald move so quickly is undoubtedly quite the spectacle. The two-time reigning Defensive Player of the Year credited his trainer Dwayne Brown with getting him up to speed:

“Dwayne Brown ‘Two-Tenths’, my trainer I’ve been working with since high school. I’ve just been training with that guy and working a lot of foot work, training like a ‘DB” (defensive back) over the past years just help me work on my feet, the speed of my feet, athleticism, I give that to my trainer Dwayne.”

This is hardly the first time Donald has gone viral for his workouts. Last year, he was seen parrying fake knives in an attempt to shore up his hand movements. It is safe to say that the approach in his training has paid off.

Donald is considered to be undersized for an interior lineman. Fortunately, his combination of speed and explosiveness off the ball more than make up for his lack of size. He has become virtually unblockable in every sense of the word after finishing the 2018 campaign with 20.5 sacks before being names by his peers as No. 1 on the NFL's Top 100 Players of 2019.

If Donald continues to pile on one legendary season after another, he and his trainer can expect more company in the offseason for years to come.
