Los Angeles Rams All-Pro defensive tackle Aaron Donald has long been renowned for his intense dedication to a rigorous training program.

Said program has yielded insane results, judging by Donald's Instagram.

The No. 99 looks absolutely shredded after a quarantine period full of lifting and work in the gym. Aaron Donald is ready.

Aaron Donald continues to build on his resume as the best defensive player in football.

The 29-year-old was named first-ream All-Pro for the fifth consecutive season in 2019 after leading the league in tackles for a loss (20). Aaron Donald also racked up 12.5 sacks and 24 quarterback hits, for good measure.

But the numbers are only part of the story. Donald's absurd blend of speed, power and agility make him a one-man wrecking crew on the interior. He routinely takes on double teams, and more often than not is held trying to break through to the quarterback.

Aaron Donald will have to be on his “A” game once again in 2020. The Rams lost a pair of key members of the front seven in edge-rusher Dante Fowler and linebacker Cory Littleton, who was one of the best cover linebackers in football.

Los Angeles also almost missed out on the opportunity to re-sign defensive tackle Michael Brockers–Aaron Donald's partner on the inside–before his deal with the Baltimore Ravens fell through.

Then again, the team's success might depend on whether Jared Goff and the offense can move the ball effectively after taking a big step back in 2019.

Regardless, Aaron Donald looks more than ready to cause hell and terrify opposing ball-carriers once again this fall.
