The Los Angeles Rams are heading into their final game of the season against the Arizona Cardinals with a depleted lineup. Running back Darrell Henderson recently suffered a high-ankle sprain in the team's Week 16 loss against the Seattle Seahawks which makes him highly unlikely to suit up in Week 17, per NFL Network‘s Ian Rapoport. He will still undergo further tests to reveal the severity of his injury moving forward.

Henderson led the way for the Rams' rushing attack against the Seahawks where he produced 62 yards on 12 carries. Rams quarterback Jared Goff sustained a thumb injury midway through the match which made him struggle under center for the remainder of the game.

LA then failed to find the endzone and succumbed to a 20-9 defeat against the Seahawks squad that claimed their first NFC West divisional title since 2016.

Another ball-carrier in rookie Cam Akers failed to suit up in their most recent encounter as he recently sustained a similar high-ankle sprain injury in their Week 15 tilt against the New York Jets. However, he was only expected to miss a game and is already poised to head back to the lineup in time for Week 17 action.

A divisional showdown is expected to unfold in the final game of the season between the Rams and the Cardinals as both teams are eager to jockey for a good position in the upcoming playoff picture. Even without a handful of their key players, head coach Sean McVay and his troops will still go out with their best effort in a bid to snag their 10th win of the season ahead of the playoffs.
