Greg Zuerlein is going through a lot after missing a game-deciding kick against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night. After a great drive that gave the Los Angeles Rams a chance to win the game, Zuerlein missed a 44-yard field goal. It was a brutal way to lose the game from a kicker that has had plenty of clutch moments.
Following the missed kick, Zuerlein shared his reaction to the unfortunate way the game ended. He explained what happened that caused the missed kick.

Los Angeles dropped to 3-2 following the loss to the Seahawks. They have now lost two games in a row after falling to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4. There are a lot of questions swirling about the team after their second straight loss.
Jared Goff and the offense showed flashes of brilliance once again this week, but they also made some key mistakes. One of those mistakes was a Goff interception that was originally dropped by Gerald Everett. Tedric Thompson made an incredibly play on the football, intercepting the pass while he was laying on the ground.
Zuerlein is not the only one to blame for this loss. It always hurts to miss a potential game-winning kick, but there is no reason for anyone to call this loss his fault.
All of that being said, the Rams will have a chance to rebound from their disappointing loss next week against the San Francisco 49ers. It will be another important divisional game and the team needs to forget this loss quickly and move on.
