Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay doesn't expect his team's approach to change much with Nick Foles expected to start at quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Foles is likely to return under center in Sunday's matchup between the two teams at LA Memorial Coliseum, as starting quarterback Carson Wentz is reportedly expected to be out of action this week and possibly for the rest of the season due to a back injury.

That would put Foles back at the helm, which may not be a huge change considering that he managed to lead Philly to a Super Bowl title last season.

And that type of accomplishment has McVay and his staff just as focused when it comes to preparing for the Eagles' offense this week.

From ESPN's Lindsey Thiry:

Sean McVay, on preparing for Eagles QB Nick Foles: “Getting ready for a great offense – the system, the scheme, a guy that's played really good football for them when he's had to come in and fill in for Carson. So, some of the things – but it really doesn't change our approach, but we are expecting it to be Nick, but you never say never.”

Foles has thrown for 451 yards and one touchdown in two games played this season.

As for the Rams, they'll hope to get back on track after the disappointing 15-6 loss to the Chicago Bears in Week 14.

But with Philly's secondary decimated due to injuries, it should be a great opportunity for Jared Goff and company to put up plenty of points.
