The Los Angeles Rams came up with a huge win on Monday, scoring a victory against Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 27-24. For Rams quarterback Jared Goff, this victory is a clear indication of how Los Angeles is a legitimate threat in the league today.

According to Goff, how far the Rams go this season is something that is completely in their hands:

“We can be as good as we want to be, honestly,” Goff said, via the Associated Press (h/t Michael David Smith of NBC Sports). “We’ve got it all in front of us. Everything is there for us to take.”

Goff does have a point here, and the fact that the Rams have now won three out of their last four games speaks volumes of how good this team has been of late.

For his part, the 26-year-old QB played a key role in Los Angeles' win over the Bucs. Goff completed 39-of-51 passes for a 346-yard gain, to go along with three touchdowns and two interceptions. That's now three consecutive 300-yard outings for the former first overall pick, and this has clearly been one of the reasons why the Rams have been wining.

Goff and Co. return to action on Sunday when they face another tough test against the San Francisco 49ers. The momentum is clearly on L.A.'s side, and as Goff expressed above, they appear to be in full control of how their season is going to play out moving forward.
