The Los Angeles Rams are hoping to spark a potential resurgence in the 2020 NFL season following a disappointing 9-7 finish in the 2019 campaign. With training camp set to begin in the coming weeks, quarterback Jared Goff and wide receiver will be tasked with bringing the energy.

The restrictions placed in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic have come with its own set of challenges for players preparing for the upcoming season. Regardless, Goff took to Instagram to express his excitement for the start of camp, via Cameron DaSilva of the Rams Wire.

Kupp echoed Goff's excitement by posting a picture of himself in the new uniforms.

The fact that Goff and Kupp are anxious to get the season underway hardly comes as any surprise. Since the ongoing pandemic has disrupted the timeline that they are normally accustomed to, the build-up has left players counting down the days until they see real action.

This is especially true for the Rams considering all the major changes they ushered into both the roster and coaching staff. As a result, there are still plenty of questions left to be answered in training camp.

Goff's receiving corps suffered a bit of a blow after trading Brandin Cooks to the Houston Texans. Although Los Angeles was able to alleviate his departure by using the second-round pick they got in return to take wide receiver Van Jefferson, the onus will ultimately fall on Kupp and wide receiver Robert Woods to shoulder the load in the passing game to start the season.
