The Los Angeles Rams made a huge leap forward in the 2017 season, becoming one of the league's most explosive offenses behind their plethora of weapons on that side of the ball.

Among those was rookie wide receiver Cooper Kupp quickly establishing himself as a highly reliable option in the passing game. According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, Kupp has continued to build his strong bond on the field with Pro Bowl quarterback Jared Goff.

The 25-year-old has proven that he can be the go-to option for Goff, making many crucial plays in high-pressure situations last season. This proved to be a huge part of his high production with 62 catches on 95 targets for 869 receiving yards and five touchdowns.

The addition of star wide receiver Brandin Cooks and incumbent receiver Robert Woods should help him become an even more effective receiving option. All of this sets the table for Kupp to take the next step in his development toward becoming one of the best wideouts in the slot in the league.
