With the 2021 NFL Draft less than two weeks away, teams are already in the midst of their preparation for one of the most important moments before the start of the season. With yet another unique draft upcoming because of the restrictions brought on by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, teams have been given more freedom when it comes to selecting their war rooms for the draft. So far, the best draft war room among all the teams is definitely the one rented by the Los Angeles Rams, which is reportedly a 9,000 square foot Malibu mansion.

The Rams posted a video of general manager Les Snead and head coach Sean McVay examining the place and trying out some of its amenities:

The video shows a large house with a pool and a view of the ocean, with Snead expressing excitement for the house almost as much as he is excited for the Rams’ selections in the draft. As the NFL executive says, the Rams need to draft well because of how their war draft room looks, which is a partnership with Rocket Mortgage.

This isn't the first time that an NFL team showcased a swanky war draft room, with the Arizona Cardinals and head coach Kliff Kingsbury also revealing a beautiful mansion where they made their draft picks in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Rams, however, will not have a first-round pick in the draft after including it in the deal to acquire quarterback Matthew Stafford from the Detroit Lions. That could mean that the team’s coaches and executives will have more time to relax in their Malibu mansion as they wait for the later rounds to make their draft picks.

Los Angeles will be looking to further improve the team after losing to the Green Bay Packers in the Divisional Round this past season.
