Los Angeles Rams defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is in his first season with the team and his team is one game away from reaching the Super Bowl.  Suh has been a force on defense for many years now, but for the first time in his career, he has reached a championship game. Suh is seeing dollar signs ahead of Sunday's matchup knowing that if the Rams make it to the Super Bowl, he'll receive a million dollar bonus.

According to Pro Football Talk's Darin Gannt, there was not much doubt when Suh signed with the Rams that the team was very confident in regards to returning to the postseason. Suh knew the talent the Rams possessed prior to the season and the players they added made it clear they were going for it all.

“One of the ultimate goals and one of the reasons why I signed here was to have an opportunity to play in the postseason. I felt this team had some of the right pieces and I would be a good addition to it.”

Suh is not the focal point of the Rams defense considering the team also has defensive tackle Aaron Donald alongside him on the sidelines. The combination of the two players makes it nearly impossible for offensive lineman to focus on just one of the Rams defensive stars. This was likely the whole motive in signing Suh prior to the 2018 season. Donald leads the league in sacks this season with 20.5 and the fact that teams couldn't double-team Donald as often likely lead to his success.
