Los Angeles Rams star running back Todd Gurley adds more to his impressive 2018 NFL season resume with his performance Sunday night against the Philadelphia Eagles at home. When Gurley rushed for a touchdown late in the first quarter of the Eagles game, he immediately became just the third player in Rams history to have at least 20 touchdowns in a season, joining a pair of Hall of Famers in Marshall Faulk and Eric Dickerson in the exclusive franchise statistical club, per ESPN Stats & Info’s Twitter account.

Todd Gurley joins Marshall Faulk (2000 & 2001) and Eric Dickerson (1983) as the only players in Rams history to score 20 touchdowns in a season.

Gurley woke up Sunday with 1,203 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns to go with 504 receiving yards and four touchdown receptions. He’s on his way to setting new career highs this season in rushing yards and receiving yards in a season with two games remaining on their regular season schedule.

Gurley finished the Eagles game with 48 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries and also had 76 receiving yards on 10 receptions and 13 targets, though, his performance was not enough to prevent a 30-23 loss to Philly. He will look to add more to his stats in Week 16 against the Arizona Cardinals on the road.
