Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Robert Woods, who has been inactive for nearly a month due to a shoulder injury, says he's ready to go for Sunday's NFC West showdown against the Seattle Seahawks.

Per the Rams' official team website:

“Long process trying to get healthy, trying to get back,” Woods said. “Guys did well prepping up to this, getting wins and everything. And now I’m finally back and trying to finish it off with the team.”

Woods, who went down back in Week 11 against the Minnesota Vikings, is glad the injury isn't worse and didn't require him to get surgery.

“Just being able to bounce back and being able to recover quick enough to come back for the season I think is a big testament to our training staff and to our coaches,” Woods said.

Rams head coach Sean McVay is thrilled to have one of his top wide receivers back on the field to help rising star quarterback Jared Goff and the offense.

“Getting Robert back out there just with what he provides from a leadership standpoint, obviously the production that he was having before he went out with the injury — so that’s a big boost for us,” coach McVay said on Wednesday. “We’re on track to have him back and that will be good.”

In his first season with the Rams, Woods has 47 receptions for 703 yards and four touchdowns in 10 games. A victory for Los Angeles on Sunday puts them in great position to win the NFC West title, as they'd hold a two-game lead over the Seahawks with just two weeks remaining.
