Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay appears to be hot and bothered in all the right places by new gunslinger Matthew Stafford. How do I know this? Tickle me glad you asked!

With the Rams involved in some light OTAs, new quarterback Matthew Stafford has been around often, making Sean McVary happier than a child who found three dollars in couch cushions.

“It looked good. I think we’re in the early phases of it, but certainly the way he’s handled things up to this point, been very pleased,” Sean McVay said this week. “He’s a joy to be around every single day, the consistency that he comes in to work with is definitely something that, he makes it really fun. And I know [I’ve] been pleased with what he’s done up to this point.”

There's a lot on the line for both Stafford and McVay this season. The latter is an alleged QB whisperer who now has his best gunslinger of his career. As for Stafford, he's finally out of Detroit — which, in itself, is a victory — and can no longer have been claiming he's actually good but it's just the Lions who are keeping him back.

Maybe this ends up being the greatest show on turf 2.0 of the Rams?
