The Los Angeles Rams have been one of the most successful teams in the NFL over the past few years ever since Sean McVay took over for Jeff Fisher as head coach. McVay's success has sparked some other teams around the league to try and follow in the Rams' footsteps.

On Sunday, McVay and company will take on the Dallas Cowboys in Los Angeles in hopes of moving one step closer to the Super Bowl. The young head coach fielded questions on Tuesday about teams in the NFL trying to find the next “Sean McVay” and he believes his success is merely a reflection of the organization's success over the past two years, via ESPN's Todd Archer.

“I think more than anything what it is, is it’s a reflection of our organization’s success,” McVay said. “If there’s anything that these last two years that have made you appreciated, it’s surrounding yourself with people who are better than you that you can learn from. I think a lot of it, that’s what it’s a reflection of. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the people that I’m doing this with. To see some of your friends or maybe people that you’ve worked with get opportunities because of things that they’ve earned is sure exciting.”

The 32-year-old head coach is 24-9 in two seasons with the Rams. McVay will try to add a playoff win to his credit this year after falling short in the playoffs last year against the Atlanta Falcons.

The Rams will head into their matchup with the Cowboys as heavy favorites at -7, according to BetOnline.ag. Los Angeles also has favorable odds to win it all at 9/2, but the New Orleans Saints (5/2) and Kansas City Chiefs (4/1) currently have better odds to hoist the Lombardi Trophy in Atlanta next month.
