The Los Angeles Rams have a lot to be proud of after making a Super Bowl appearance to conclude their 2018 season. Unfortunately, they fell short of a championship and a lot of the blame fell on the shoulders of quarterback Jared Goff.

Head coach Sean McVay went on the air with Sirius XM NFL Radio and reiterated that his team has not lost faith in Goff.

Goff is coming off a fantastic season and under McVay he has made unbelievable progress to establish himself as one of the top up and coming quarterbacks in the league. The Rams have turned into an elite team with McVay, but Goff has really improved under his system.

The Rams would be delusional to believe Goff isn't the type of quarterback to get them back to the Super Bowl considering he is highly responsible for the team getting there in 2018.

Los Angeles has a lot to look forward to in the future and this championship appearance is just the beginning for a promising team with a lot of young talent. It's worth noting Goff's age and that it's only his third year in the league. A quarterback with his lack of experience doesn't normally find themselves in the Super Bowl.

Goff's poise and leadership are attributes that go a long way for a player in the NFL and if he can take his mental and decision making to the next level, his game will be elite in the league for the foreseeable future.
