The Los Angeles Rams strengthened their wide receiver group this offseason, bringing in veteran Allen Robinson. The former Chicago Bears star has already voiced how excited he is to play for Sean McVay, who he believes will help him flourish. His All-Pro teammate Cooper Kupp has also been very impressed by A-Rob for one reason in particular.

Via Pro Football Talk:

“His football aptitude is incredible. But his willingness to spend the time here and learning this thing, because he doesn’t just want to know the offense — he wants to understand the offense,” the Rams star said. “And there’s a difference between knowing what to do and knowing how to do it. And he wants to know how to do it and how to do it as efficiently as possible, as effectively as possible. So I’ve got a great appreciation for that.”

Robinson is making a point of learning the Rams offense to a tee and that should certainly bring out the best in him. While he struggled in 2021 with just one touchdown in 12 games, Robinson was dominant in 2020, racking up 1,250 receiving yards and six touchdowns.

We saw what Odell Beckham Jr was able to do in LA with a new quarterback and numerous weapons around him. Allen Robinson will be hoping the same thing can happen in 2022 as the Rams look to run it back and win another Super Bowl. He's laying down the groundwork now so once the season rolls around, the offense will be second nature. That's certainly smart.
