It was tough seeing Odell Beckham Jr. fall to a torn ACL during the Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl game. He was on pace for a monster performance that was cut way too short. However, a silver lining has emerged for the veteran wide receiver as he potentially searches for a new team to play for in the offseason.

According to Ian Rapoport, while appearing on The Pat McAfee Show, it was revealed that Beckham Jr. had his previous injury with the Cleveland Browns fixed. Apparently, the original injury did not go well, but now everything is better after his most recent surgery after his Super Bowl injury with the Rams.

Usually, an injury is not great news for a professional athlete, as it could be career-altering. Even so, Odell Beckham Jr.'s career may have been given new life thanks to the doctors reworking his knee. It's unclear when the receiver will be healthy enough to take the field again, but this news may entice the Rams to re-sign the veteran wide receiver.

“Beckham tearing his ACL again in the Super Bowl was ‘in a weird way' a little bit of ‘relief from everyone' because his knee was able to get fixed correctly. ‘This past surgery went really well, he probably is going to have extended his career just because of this recent surgery,'” per Ian Rapoport.

We'll see how it plays out, but there is still a chance Odell Beckham Jr. returns to the Rams next season. LA has formed a tremendous roster and bringing back Beckham Jr. puts the offense over the top yet again.
