There has been a whole lot of concern and mystery surrounding the left knee of Los Angeles Rams star running back Todd Gurley.

Gurley was knocked out of the final two games of the 2018 regular season due to an issue with the knee. He then returned in the Divisional Round of the playoffs and rushed for 115 yards and a couple of touchdowns in a win over the Dallas Cowboys, assuaging any doubts about his health.

However, in the NFC Championship Game and the Super Bowl, Gurley was a virtual non-factor, once again raising questions about the status of his knee.

The three-time Pro Bowler has remained mostly mum on the situation this offseason, but on Wednesday, he gave a little update.

“It's good, man. It's good,” Gurley said of his knee, via Kevin Patra of NFL.com. “I'm just like, hey, we're going to find out in training camp, you know? Once training camp comes, you've got the preseason, but you don't have a lot in preseason.”

That statement won't exactly ease the minds of Rams fans, as Gurley saying that we will “find out in training camp” is not exactly a ringing endorsement for the health of his knee.

But obviously, we aren't going to know for a little while just how healthy Gurley is.

The 24-year-old is coming off of a 2018 campaign in which he racked up 1,251 yards and a league-leading 17 touchdowns on the ground while averaging 4.9 yards per carry. In addition, he hauled in 59 receptions for 580 yards and four scores en route to a Pro Bowl appearance and a First-Team All-Pro selection.
