There is already much anticipation for Von Miller's Los Angeles Rams debut, but the team may not see him in action this week.

Miller is currently dealing with an ankle injury that has ruled him as questionable for the Rams' upcoming Week 9 home matchup against the Tennessee Titans. But when the time comes for him to make his first in-game appearance in a Rams uniform, all eyes will be on just how well he will tag along with Aaron Donald to create havoc for opposing quarterbacks.

In the big picture, the veteran linebacker is much expecting Donald to now flourish even more with the Rams due to one reason, which he detailed during his sit-down interview with Rams play-by-play announcer J.B. Long.

“You know, I've been triple-teamed for the last six years of my career,” Miller said. “I want to have that same effect on games.

“If I can demand a triple-team then we got AD [Aaron Donald] in the middle one-on-one; he can be there all day, every day. So I want to demand attention to really alleviate some of the stress that he has. I want him to be as effective as he possibly could. You talked about the ‘Aaron Donald effect,' I want to bring in the ‘Von Miller effect' and help other teammates around me as well.”

Both standout defensive talents sure have seen a multitude of triple-teams against them over the years, and now, offensive coordinators will have to pick and choose on just how they want to gameplan for these two. They have so far combined for a notable 9.5 sacks this season.

If the two manage to shine together over the remainder of the campaign, then this surely would bode well for a Rams team that now has sky-high expectations to make another Super Bowl run.
