Los Angeles is sack city and Aaron Donald is the mayor. The Los Angeles Rams continue to stamp their class over the visiting New England Patriots on Thursday and it's no surprise that they're again leaning on their top-rated defensive line through the dominance of the two-time Defensive Player of the Year.

Early in the third quarter as the Patriots were slowly trying to put a few points on the board, Donald steamrolled his was through the Pats' O-line and got to Cam Newton just in time for a huge sack.

The play was a masterclass on positioning for a sack and Donald just gave the former MVP a huge lesson.

It hasn't been Newton's evening as he earlier threw an interception in the second quarter and this third quarter sack from Donald just made things worse for the Pats as they continue to trail the Rams on Thursday. For the Rams' defense, it's been business as usual for Donald and the rest. They all showed up and have limited New England to just one field goal so far. Seriously, does Donald ever disappoint?

The former NFL sacks leader is once again at the top of the league for QB takedowns this season, tying Pittsburgh Steelers' TJ Watt with his Thursday night sack on Newton. #99's presence on defense all-season long has been once again key for the Rams as they find themselves currently at the top of the NFC West Division.
