Aaron Donald is one of the most athletic players in the NFL. Despite coming in at 280 pounds, the Los Angeles Rams star defensive tackle would shock scouts at the 2014 NFL Combine with a 4.68 forty-yard dash — a record for defensive tackles that still stands today.

Donald has used that athleticism, foot speed and strength to become arguably the best defensive player in the NFL the last few seasons. And while some players may be having hard time keeping up their workout regime amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Donald has shown that the grind doesn't stop.

The Rams star would be featured in an awe-inspiring video on Instagram where Donald would show off the blazing-fast foot speed that makes him so hard for opposing offensive linemen to stop.

Donald has been known for his crazy workout videos over the years including multiple that show the defensive tackle practicing deflecting knives. Donald's foot speed is a major reason why the 29-year-old is already a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year as well as a FIrst-Team All-Pro selection in five of his six NFL seasons.

While Donald didn't quite live up to his incredible production in 2018, Donald still managed to record 48 tackles, a league-high 20 tackles for a loss, 12.5 sacks and two forced fumbles for the 9-7 Rams last year.
