Jalen Ramsey struck quickly against the San Francisco 49ers. Ramsey became a member of the Los Angeles Rams before the trade deadline. The 24-year-old two-time Pro Bowler and 2017 first-team All-Pro netted a large return for the Jacksonville Jaguars ā two first-round selections ā yet, he hasn't brought the picks galore some expected him to in the City of Angels.
In continuation of his first-quarter struggles, 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo was the victim of Ramsey's first interception as a Ram. Watch below. He targets Emmanuel Sanders, No. 17, but finds No. 20.

Ramsey undercut the route, then displayed his 41.5-inch vertical that made him the No. 5 pick of the 2016 NFL Draft.
The interception continues Los Angeles' dominant first quarter against the upstate rivals in the Bay Area. In a must-win game for Ramsey's Rams, the highly-touted cornerback's interception is a vote of confidence for the playoff hopes of a team looking to avoid the ultimate hangover: not going to the postseason after visiting, but losing, the Super Bowl.
