With the entire United States still in lockdown, it's hard for NFL players to keep themselves in shape. While Los Angeles Rams quarterback Jared Goff is not working out on his game, he's finding ways to keep himself entertained and mentally active during the lockdown. One trick is making insane golf trick shots.

Goff posted on his Instagram account a video of himself keeping busy during LA's imposed quarantine. The way he made his swing definitely looked like he has been using his clubs for a good while now.

It's not hard to see why Goff would pick up decent golfing skills during his time in Los Angeles. The City Of Angels has great weather all year long, making for a great environment to go golfing. And since it's the offseason, it wouldn't be weird for Goff to pick this up as a hobby.

However, the extraordinary circumstances brought about by the coronavirus pandemic made things tough for fans. Goff had to get creative and keep himself entertained while the pandemic c us still going on. Moreover, keeping his mind sharp is important during such an important time.

However, it's not like Goff is just having fun, while many families and individuals in the city are at risk. He's since made a $250,000 donation to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank to help struggling households during these trying times.

Per Rams Wire's Cameron DaSilva:

“There are so many people in need right now and we want to do everything we can to help our Los Angeles community,” Goff said in a statement. “My hope is that we can inspire others to support organizations like the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and United Way’s Pandemic Relief Fund as we come together to face this crisis.”

It's also encouraged that football fans find something to do like Goff. Keeping your mental health up during these trying times is just as important as keeping yourself away from any danger of contracting COVID-19.
