After the New Orleans Saints scored a touchdown courtesy of a grab by backup quarterback Taysom Hill, the Los Angeles Rams answered back with a score of their own, as Jared Goff found tight end Tyler Higbee for the one-yard score in the third quarter of the NFC Championship Game on Sunday afternoon.

Beautiful play action fake by Goff there to fool the defense, resulting in Higbee being open.

On the season, Higbee hauled in 24 receptions for 292 yards and a couple of touchdowns, so he is not normally an integral part of the Rams' passing game, but he certainly came up with a big grab there.

The 26-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Western Kentucky, was originally selected by Los Angeles in the fourth round (110th pick overall) of the 2016 NFL Draft.

He played in all 16 games during his rookie campaign, but his impact was minimal, as he caught just 11 passes for 85 yards and a score. The following year, Higbee was a bit more involved in the Rams' offense, snaring 25 balls for 295 yards while reaching the end zone once.

The Rams won 12 games on the year, capturing the NFC West division title and locking down a first-round bye. They then proceeded to defeat the Dallas Cowboys in the Divisional Round of the playoffs last week, setting up the matchup with the Saints on Sunday.

Los Angeles is looking for its first trip to the Super Bowl since the 2001-02 campaign, when Kurt Warner and Co. were upset by a New England Patriots team led by a young quarterback by the name of Tom Brady.
