The Washington Football Team managed to strike first thanks to a scramble by quarterback Kyle Allen. However, the Los Angeles Rams wasted no time in responding with a score of their own.

Quarterback Jared Goff found wide receiver Robert Woods over the top for a 56-yard touchdown to regain the lead, via NFL Twitter:

The Rams' offense is coming off their worst performance of the 2020 NFL season against the New York Giants. Although they managed to escape with the win, this group seems to understand full well that such performances could lead to disappointing losses down the road.

Woods continues to show why he is one of the most underrated wideouts in the league. While his versatility allows Goff to utilize him in a number of ways, he is still always a threat to go deep over the secondary.

The Rams will need more big plays on offense if they hope to secure a sweep of the NFC East Division.
