The Tennessee Titans finalized a blockbuster deal with the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday for Julio Jones. The Titans, who already had one of the top offenses in the NFL last year, just acquired the best receiver of this era to become a legitimate Super Bowl contender. Tennessee completed the trade without giving up a first-round pick but will be eating Julio's salary.

With the addition of Jones, the Titans suddenly find themselves in the conversation for the best wide receiver duo in the league. There are a handful of franchises that deserve to be mentioned, but only five deserve to be mentioned amongst the league's best.

Here are the top five receiver duos in the NFL right now after the Julio Jones trade.

5. Justin Jefferson & Adam Thielen

Justin Jefferson emerged as a rising superstar after having the best rookie year we've seen from a rookie since Randy Moss. On the other side of the field is Adam Thielen, who has been one of the most consistent receiving options for the Minnesota Vikings for the last seven years. Jefferson looks to be the leader now, but with Thielen playing as the second top option for Kirk Cousins, Minnesota's passing game will remain in the elite status of the NFL.

4. DK Metcalf & Tyler Lockett

After somehow dropping in the 2019 NFL Draft, DK Metcalf has proven the haters wrong and become a legitimate threat at the wide receiver position. Tyler Lockett serves as a high-end second option for Russell Wilson, giving the Seattle Seahawks one of the best receiver duos in the NFL even after this Julio Jones trade. Hopefully, Pete Carroll lets Russ cook more often this year, as Seattle has the tools necessary to dominate the passing game.

3. Amari Cooper & CeeDee Lamb

Amari Cooper might just be the most disrespected receiver in football. He has been a consistent target since joining the Dallas Cowboys, and Dak Prescott loves throwing him the ball. CeeDee Lamb happened to fall into the Cowboys' lap in the 2020 NFL Draft, which allowed them to select one of the best receiver prospects we've seen. With Lamb surely to make a leap in production, coupled with Cooper's consistency, the Cowboys easily have one of the best receiver duos.

2. Mike Evans & Chris Godwin

Mike Evans has totaled over 1,000 receiving yards in every single season of his career. On the other hand, Chris Godwin is an exciting player who routinely comes down with the ball. He did have a down year in 2020, but he was also struggling with injuries. With Tom Brady under center, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aim to remain at the top of the ranks.

1. A.J. Brown and Julio Jones

The Titans' pass offense was quite dangerous last season with A.J. Brown and Corey Davis leading the way. The front office let Davis walk, but have now replaced him with Julio Jones. After watching an offense that came 16 yards short of producing two 1,000-yard receivers, it's safe to say Tennessee vastly improved its receiving core this offseason. Similar to Justin Jefferson, Brown is one of the rising stars in the NFL, and now he's paired up with a legend at the position. With Derrick Henry in the backfield drawing defenses to stack the box, Brown and Jones should be in line for big-time production.
