The Cleveland Cavaliers and Boston Celtics may be the favorites to make it all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals this year, but for Drake, he believes another team could reach that far and knock off one of the two aforementioned teams.
The rapper and record producer recently predicted that the Toronto Raptors will make the East Finals this season. Despite all the attention on the Cav’s and C’s, he has the utmost belief in his hometown team that they can take a step further than their conference semifinals exit last year.

Being a global ambassador for the Raptors, it's easy to understand why he thinks highly of them. He has always supported the team throughout the past few years and often watches them live, cheering them on just like any ordinary fan.
If the Raptors will make it to the Eastern Conference Finals is still up in the air at this point, but as long as they remain healthy and have DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry leading their charge, they will continue to have a big chance of making Drake's claim a reality. With both the Cavs and Celtics getting hit by the injury bug, the Raptors will need to take advantage of the current stretch, and win as many games as possible to give them a head start.
