New Toronto Raptors wing Kawhi Leonard doesn't cease to amaze his new home crowd at the Canada Air Centre with his play. While Vince Carter amazed with his airness and gravity-defying dunks, Leonard is doing so at the defensive end, diving for a steal without even seeing the ball come his way.

Leonard telepathically read a bounce pass from Gorgui Dieng headed to Jimmy Butler's direction, The Klaw followed Butler a few steps and dove goalkeeper style, snaring the ball in his massive hands without ever really seeing the trajectory of the ball.

“I just dove for the ball, had the awareness that he was going to bounce pass it to him, and I was able to get the steal,” said Kawhi Leonard nonchalantly, according to Josh Lewenberg of TSN.

Asked if he could see the ball, he said: “No. I couldn't see it all.”

Leonard is by far the best two-way player in the league and he showed it on Wednesday night, going against another two-way talent in Jimmy Butler, putting up 35 points, five rebounds, two assists, two steals and two blocks — a combo platter across the stat sheet to keep the Raptors undefeated at 5-0 and get them off to the best start in franchise history.

Not bad for an offseason gamble.
