The Toronto Raptors avoided going down 3-0 against the Boston Celtics on Thursday, thanks to OG Anunoby's amazing game-winning 3-pointer in Game 3 of the 2020 Eastern Conference semifinals. As phenomenal as Anunoby's clutch basket was, that highlight won't be possible if not for the precise inbound pass made by Kyle Lowry.

With Toronto down by two with .5 remaining in the clock, Boston put in their 7-foot-5 beanpole Tacko Fall to defend the Raptors' inbounder, Lowry. Following the brilliant play drawn by Raptors head coach Nick Nurse, the 6-time All-Star flung a beautiful overhead pass to a wide-open Anunoby on the left-wing.

Celtics forward Jaylen Brown was able to close out, but Anunoby's quick-release found the bottom of the net and gave the defending champs a 104-103 win.Ā  Shortly after the match, Kyle Lowry downplayed his pinpoint passing and deflected all the credit to OG's fearless shot.

ā€œThe pass was nothing. OG (Anunoby) made the shot. All the credit goes to the shot. This is OGā€™s moment. Thatā€™s a great moment for that kid,ā€ the Raptors playmaker told reporters, as relayed by Ben Golliver of The Washington Post.

Prior to the game's final possession, most thought that Kemba Walker's no-look dime to Daniel Theis was the assist of the game. Walker's slick bounce pass led to an easy two-handed flush for the German and gave Boston a two-point lead.

Lowry, however, one-upped his fellow All-Star by completing that ridiculous pass over those long, outstretched arms of Fall. The 34-year-old dropped a team-high 31 points on 13-of-23 shooting from the field and 2-of-8 from downtown, along with six rebounds, eight assists, and two steals in 46 minutes.

Game 4 between the Raptors and Celtics is scheduled on Saturday.
