When Toronto Raptors forward OG Anunoby hit a game-winning three in last season's playoff series against the Boston Celtics, it was his court general Kyle Lowry who was first to run to him and greet him with a huge smile. Now that the Raps' front office decided to extend Anunoby on a bountiful four-year deal worth $72 million, guess who's front and center once again to rejoice his teammate's pay check?

Sure enough, Lowry was overjoyed on social media after the huge news of OG's contract. He even used that Game 3 moment against the Celtics to tip his hat to Anunoby finally getting paid.

“When @oanunoby got paid and offered to pay the tab,” Kyle Lowry posted on his IG Story (via Raptors Twitter). “Congrats to another one of my young pups getting paid! Love kid!”

Talk about being an all-time teammate. This also isn't the first time Lowry has been all-in on celebrating his teammate's accomplishments this offseason. Last month, the six-time All-Star recognized the achievements of another Raptors teammate who got a huge paycheck this offseason in Fred VanVleet.

As fierce as he is on the court, Kyle Lowry has proven to be quite the locker room guy that helps glue this Raptors team. With other veterans like Marc Gasol and Serge Ibaka departing Toronto, the burden is now on the 14-year vet to lead the young team back to championship glory. OG Anunoby, Fred VanVleet and the rest of the Raps are looking to make their leader proud as they prove their worth this coming season.
