After Wednesday night's epic performance, Kyle Lowry has everyone impressed as he led the way for the huge Game 6 win by the Toronto Raptors over the Boston Celtics. The Raptors starting guard was key down the stretch and was the leader on the both sides of the floor for the defending champions as they've successfully forced a do-or-die Game 7 on Friday.

Even Los Angles Lakers legend Magic Johnson was all praises for the 34-year old who seems to be doing it all for the Raptors.

“I love watching Kyle Lowry play! I call him the Little General because of his toughness, leadership, scoring ability, basketball IQ, and will to win.” tweeted the iconic Lakers guard.

Whether or not Magic was actually the one who tweeted this out remains to be seen. But there were certainly no lies with the tweet about the six-time All-Star.

Lowry played a whopping 53 minutes and scored a team-high of 33 points, eight rebounds and added six assists. It seemed as everything was on display on Wednesday for Lowry as he had crucial plays both offensively and defensively and was this game's undoubted hero for the defending champions.

The Raptors starting guard left it all on the floor tonight and even needed stitches during the game as he suffered a cut on his chin. Just one of the many reasons why Lowry is touted as one of the toughest players in the league right now.

Lowry and his teammates will need all the rest they can get as they tough it out again against the Celtics for Game 7. Hopefully, Lowry can rally his troops and move on to defend their crown.
