The Toronto Raptors just wrapped up their 2021-22 campaign with a first-round playoffs exit at the hands of the Philadelphia 76ers. It was Nick Nurse's fourth season in charge and the third he's led them to a winning season, with 2018-19 obviously the most memorable as the Raptors won their first-ever NBA title.

Despite having two years left on his current deal, the Los Angeles Lakers are reportedly showing interest in trying to lure Nurse away from the Six for the head coaching job in Southern California after parting ways with Frank Vogel last month. Well, in exit interviews on Monday, the Raptors boss finally addressed the Lakers rumors and made it crystal clear where he stands.

Via TSN's Josh Lewenberg:

Nick Nurse on reports of the Lakers' interest in him: “I don't know where that stuff comes from and I'm focused on coaching this team.”

The Lakers would actually need permission from the Raptors in order to even interview Nurse, but there is no sign he has any indication of doing so. The 54-year-old has done a tremendous job in Toronto and continues to prove he's the right man for this position.

For what it's worth, Nurse is just one of many candidates the Lakers are eyeing, including Juwan Howard, Darvin Ham, Doc Rivers, Quin Snyder, and Mark Jackson, although the latter is heavily on Sacramento's radar.

Don't worry Raptors fans, Nick Nurse isn't going anywhere.
