After knocking down one of the biggest shots of his career, OG Anunoby of the Toronto Raptors barely showed any emotion as his teammates pounced on him. In the post-game presser, Anunoby shared the reason for not unleashing any strong emotions: he expected to hit the game-winning shot.

Per Bleacher Report, OG Anunoby said that he wasn't surprised that the ball went it. He noted that every time he rises up for a shot, he is absolutely confident that the ball will swish the net.

Below is the game-winning 3-pointer by OG Anunoby with 0.5 seconds left. The buzzer-beater gave the Raptors their first win in the series. And in essence, it might have saved the Raptors' season. After all, no one has come back from a 3-0 deficit.

The series now stands at 2-1 in favor of the Celtics. Critics were already downplaying the Raptors and OG Anunoby after being down 2-0. After all, though the Raptors are the defending champs, there are tons of doubts if they can defend their title without Kawhi Leonard in the fold.

Even after their stellar regular season and first-round series, many believe that the Nick Nurse-coached squad will not even reach the NBA Finals this year.

As such, OG Anunoby's game-winner is a much-needed reminder that the Raptors are an elite team that has the capacity to execute perfectly under immense pressure. They have proven this time and time again. It's simply in their genetic makeup.

Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals between the Raptors and the Celtics will be on Saturday. Will OG Anunoby's game-winner shift the momentum in favor of the defending champs?
