The Toronto Raptors are now back in the fight for the Eastern Conference crown and a spot in the NBA Finals after beating the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 4.

After a tight opening period, the Raptors pulled away in the second quarter and never looked back en route to a convincing 120-102 victory at Scotiabank Arena. Milwaukee is now tied with Toronto in the series at 2-2.

The Raptors rode on tremendous efforts of multiple bench players, as well as on the continued brilliance of Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry – who have both played extremely well for Toronto throughout the playoffs.

Although Giannis Antetokounmpo delivered 25 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and three blocks in 34 minutes, he was a team-worst -19. The Raptors also seemed to have an answer for everything the Bucks threw at them.

Leonard continued his dominant postseason stretch for Toronto with 19 points, seven rebounds, four steals and two blocks, but it was clear that something was hampering him in this game. He could be seen wincing and grimacing after landing following a dunk in the third quarter.

Luckily, his teammates answered the call off the bench. Norman Powell (18 points), Serge Ibaka (17) and Fred VanVleet (13) accounted for all 48 of the Raptors’ bench points.

Lowry led all Toronto scorers with 25 points on top of five boards and six assists.

Now, the series shifts back to Milwaukee for Game 5, where the Bucks have only lost once this postseason — against the Celtics in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.
