From living in a new city, getting used to the long season's grind, to playing alongside new teammates, being a rookie in the NBA really demands a lot of adjustments from the player.

One of the things these first-year pros must go through as well is the rookie initiation courtesy of their team's veterans. This was the case for the Toronto Raptors‘ newcomers during their open practice as they were instructed to have a dance off at center court in front of the fans.

These youngsters did not disappoint as they showed their dancing skills to the delight of the crowd. Norman Powell, Fred VanVleet, Pascal Siankam, and Jakob Poeltl all participated in the performance that received a lot of applause.
