The Toronto Raptors were one of the big winners in the NBA Draft Lottery when they moved up from where they were initially projected to land. Now, holding in their possession the No. 4 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft, Toronto figures to have plenty of options in play when the clock starts.

Toronto has a solid foundation in place with Fred VanVleet and Pascal Siakam. The future with the Raptors is uncertain for Kyle Lowry and as painful as it may be for both sides to move on, if they do, Toronto still has a lot in place for a team holding the No. 4 pick.

According to Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer, the Raptors could surprise with that pick and focus in on Scottie Barnes of Florida State.

Rooting for (Jalen) Suggs would feel familiar for Raptors fans. League sources say Suggs isn’t a lock, though. The Raptors recently met with Florida State forward Scottie Barnes, and executives around the league say their interest in him is real.

Despite the legitimate interest the Raptors have with Barnes, O'Connor still has them selecting Jalen Suggs of Gonzaga.

There seemed to be a clear-cut top tier that consisted of four players within this draft class. Those four were: Cade Cunningham, Evan Mobley, Jalen Green and Jalen Suggs. A player like Barnes might be able to shake things up and be taken in the top 4 to crash the party.

The ways in which the Raptors can go at No. 4 are never ending and who knows, maybe they'll even try to trade up.
