Kyle Lowry and Pascal Siakam of the Toronto Raptors connected on a beautiful alley-oop play in the third quarter of Game 3 of their first-round series match-up against the Orlando Magic on Friday.

The two caught the Orlando defense sleeping and took advantage. Lowry fired up a magnificent lob pass from half-court towards the rim. The high-flying Siakam finished the play with a difficult alley-oop layup as a Magic defender tried to play catch up.

Those were just two of Siakam's playoff career-high 30 points on the night. He also added 11 rebounds and four assists, and shot 13-of-20 from the field to lead Toronto to a 98-93 Game 3 victory to gain a 2-1 series edge over Orlando.

Toronto surely needed every bit of Siakam's career night as star forward Kawhi Leonard struggled throughout Game 3.

The leading candidate for Most Improved Player was spectacular last night. Siakam displayed the entire repertoire as he picked apart the Magic defense in a variety of ways.

He also delivered when the Raptors needed it most, draining a crucial floater late in the game to give them a little more breathing room as the Magic went on a massive rally in the final minutes.

Lowry was likewise huge for Toronto. Though he did have just 12 points on 4-of-10 shooting, the 6-foot-1 stocky point guard contributed in other facets of the game, finishing with 10 assists and five rebounds in 40 minutes.

He also made the most important play of the night with a clutch offensive rebound to prevent Orlando from having an opportunity to tie the game with a three had they secured possession.

The Raptors look to take control of the series with another road win in Game 4 on Sunday.
