A very rare autographed Michael Jordan card has sold for big money.

Per TMZ Sports, the card sold for $95,000.

Per TMZ Sports, the card is the 1997 Upper Deck Michael Jordan All-Star game jersey card, with Jordan's autograph. These are very rare, as only 23 of them exist.

Also per the report, this is the top three most valuable hoops cards. George Mikan sold for $403K and Pete Maravich rookie card sold for $130K.

It will be interesting to see, once LeBron James retires, how much his rookie cards will sell for.

It's pretty crazy to see how much people are willing to spend on rare items like these. It is a pretty good buy, however, as Jordan is one of the greatest basketball players ever.

In his career, Jordan averaged 30.1 points, 6.2 rebound, 5.3 assists, 2.3 steals and 0.8 blocks per game. He shot 44.5 percent from the field and 29.1 percent from three.

He spent the majority of his career with the Chicago Bulls and won six titles for the city and the franchise. Oh, he went undefeated during the finals.

For the last two years of his career, he has spent time with the Washington Wizards, where he still played like one of the best athletes in the world.

As I said above, even though this has a crazy price tag, it is worth it because of not only how rare the card is, but because Jordan is one of the greatest basketball players of all time.

Is he the greatest basketball player ever? Now, that is a discussion for another time.
