Rasheed Wallace the basketball player was known for trash talking officials constantly. He's credited for making the quote ‘Ball don't lie' famous when an opponent misses a free throw.

In his prime, he was a nightmare all over the court, helping lead the Detroit Pistons to six consecutive Eastern Conference finals series, and beating a star assembled Lakers team in the NBA Finals in 2004.

Wallace is still connected to Michigan, and recently joined Rachel Nichols, Stephen Jackson, and others to help the Flint community during the ongoing water crisis.

Nichols recorded the trip to Michigan and posted a video to her Facebook page showing the group buying tons of bottled water from Target and Walmart before delivering the cases to residents personally.

When asked in the video about the responses from some of the people, Wallace gladly explained why they were so ecstatic to see them:

We take it for granted because we live in other cities and our water is fine. But just imagine if it was happening in your town. You damn sure would want help, too, so that’s why we’re here.
